Writing Articles – How to Employ Keyword Optimization

Writing Articles – How to Employ Keyword Optimization

Where does your website rank in the search engine results today?  How many numbers of hits do you receive and how much traffic are you getting to your site?

Are you content with this numbers?

There is a way of achieving higher ranking of your site and achieving increased traffic to your site.  It’s called keyword optimization.

This is the process of drafting articles so that they are keyword optimized, and then when your articles appear on the search engine results, they will rank higher than others who do not employ search engine optimization.

So, how can you achieve this?

1. The first thing you should do is ensure that the title of your articles are keyword optimized.  Include a keyword in your title at least once.

2. It is important to ensure that the content of your article is relevant to the title or heading.  So if you are writing an article about sports cars, then the title of your article should include the word “sports cars.”  Then, when you continue with the content of your article, it is imperative that you write about sports cars and not about lorries or motorbikes.

3. It is important that you do not repeat your keyword willy-nilly.  If you do, you will find that your article becomes clumsy to read and your reader will not continue to the end of the article.  Do not forget to include a couple of mentions of your keyword in the top half of the article.

4. Forget about keyword density.  There are those that believe that in order to achieve success with search engine rankings, it is important that your article is between three and 10 percent keyword dense.  But I would forget about it.  You will automatically mention your keyword several times in your article without making it uncomfortable to read.

5. Never use the same keyword twice in the same sentence.

6. Include variations of spellings of your keyword, including the use of plurals.  You could use the English and the American spellings as well as other similar words.

Writing Articles – Why Bother With Keyword Optimization?

Writing Articles – Why Bother With Keyword Optimization?

If you are like one of the hundreds and thousands of people looking to promote your website, then you should seriously consider keyword optimization.

Once you’ve created your website, completed your product and are ready to look at article marketing, you should seriously consider keyword optimization.   If you are looking for higher rankings of your website on the search engine results and for higher numbers of hits and traffic to your site because this is what keyword optimization will do and it is incorporated with article writing.

I am not saying that you will not succeed unless you incorporate keyword optimization in your promotion, but you are more likely to succeed if you do.  There are quite a few marketers who have achieved tremendous success without using optimization techniques.

Having said that, keyword optimization is not something that you need to consider too hard because as you write your articles, you cannot help but draft them without mentioning certain keywords.

It goes without saying that when you draft your articles, they should be written for the human reader in mind.  Do not write your articles for search engine result.  The art of keyword optimization is to generate your articles using the keyword several times, but repeating your keyword in your article willy-nilly is not the way forward.

It is very important when you write your article and you have chosen your keyword that the two are relevant to your website. If you website focuses on suntan lotion then your articles should cover the same topic.

There are rumors that it is important to achieve between three and 10 percent keyword density, but I do not believe this.

Providing you use your keyword naturally in your article, then I do not think you need to worry about it.  Never use the same keyword twice in the same sentence.

And always try to use your keywords in the top half of your article, as most search engine spiders will not go beyond the top half.

You can cheat by including variations of the spelling of your keyword in your article, and you could also use the plural.  One other thing you should carefully consider is choosing the title of your article.

It is a great opportunity to optimize the headline.  Just repeat the keyword in the title and then continue to mention it several times in your article.

5 Tips For Writing Successful Classified Ads

5 Tips For Writing Successful Classified Ads

A good classified ad will attract unparallel positive response. Yet classified ads are very cheap compared to other online advertising methods like Google Adwords, banner ads, etc. Classified ads brings you back to grassroot advertising that you put in your local papers, daily news, magazines, trade journals, and so on. So how do you write a classified ad that will bring in the money?

1. Grab Their Attention With A Powerful Headline

This is the most important element of every classified ad. This is simply the opener. This is the very first component of your ad that is seen by the prospect. So any scanning reader is going to decide whether or not to read your ad based on the instant appeal of your headline. So every word is critical.

But nothing is quite as important as the first word. The first word needs to be different from all other competing ads that are out there to try to grab attention for readership. Your headlines must be concise and directed at the specific target market that you are going for.

2. Arouse Curiosity and Wonder in the Mind of the Prospect

Your ad will no doubt list lots of benefits for your prospect. However whatever fabulous benefits that you promised needs to be enhanced with a dash of credibility. Avoid general promises like ‘Make Millions’ or ‘Make Unlimited Wealth In Only 3 Months’. Instead, use real numbers that your prospect can actually believe in. For example, say ‘Last month, I earned ,475.84 from my own home based business.’ Real figures appear to be more genuine and particularly if the number changes to reflect growth and profitability, it adds to your credibility to mention that as well.

You also need to take your prospect through a mental journey where they can imagine themselves enjoying the benefits you mentioned in your ad. And make them wonder if the benefits can be achieved. So make it very appealing yet realistic. In advertising, perception is everything. Whatever you promised, you have to be sure that it is within the possibilities.

3. Specifically Define What You Have For Your Prospect

You want your prospect to be aware of the exact details concerning your offer. Precisely identify what it is that you have to offer. If your prospect is interested in a home business opportunity, then make it clear in the beginning that that’s what you have for them.

4. Capture Your Prospect NOW

Make your offer so attractive that your prospect cannot resist. You want all potential prospect to respond to your ad. Your job is to get as many of your target market to respond to your ad. Your prospects are interested in what you can do for them NOW, not later. You need to think and focus your marketing effort on the people who are going to buy your product or service right now. You want to make it easy for your prospect to follow through the steps and take up the offer.

If you are promoting a product online, make sure that you give them the website and tell them to go the website. Better still, if you are advertising online, make a link where they can click and automatically be brought to the website.

5. Use Prospect Anticipation To Your Advantage

When your prospect respond to your ad, they are eagerly awaiting your reply. So don’t delay. You need to answer very promptly. Strike when the iron is hot. You are going to give them what they intensely desire, so you have to be in contact with them quickly, so that they can act on what they need to act on. It is often when they are awaiting your reply, that they make subconscious decisions to buy or not to buy. Even before more details arrive, or before you give them the website or before they make the purchase, you need to promise them that what they are going to buy is everything that they need. And often, the materials you will send them, or the website that you are going to give them becomes the logical justification of their decision to buy. So use prospect anticipation to your advantage.

Remember, never underestimate the power of a good classified ad.

Content Writing For Your Website’s Audience

Content Writing For Your Website’s Audience

What do you know about your website’s audience? How well do you understand them? As with any communications medium, the web requires authors to have a good understanding about those with whom they wish to communicate.

Content writing can be one of the most difficult parts of search engine marketing. You need to write to please both the search engines and your website’s audience. A good Search Engine Marketer (SEM) will understand his or her target audience. A great way to understand your targets audience’s nature, you can conduct online market research. Doing thorough research can bring valuable information such as the keywords that you as an SEM needs to be targeting. When writing your content these keywords need to be weaved into it while still focusing on the purpose on the content.

When it comes to content writing the first thing you need to keep in mind is that your audience needs to be drawn in. The content needs to be interesting, descriptive and it needs to lead the audience to a purchase decision.

How your content is written can affect how your website appears in relation to its competition. To search engines such as Google, the content of your website is very important. You can no longer just pummel your content with one specific keyword to try fooling search engines into listing your website higher in its rankings. Many search engines now search your copy for relevancy, making their results more valuable to users.

Another useful byproduct of writing quality content for visitors is that if they like it, they will link to it. This will result in the page (and the site) climbing even higher in the search engines’ rankings.

In the end it is your website visitors that you should write for and not the search engines. Search engines are looking to please their users and so should you.

3 Writing Tips That Will Make Article Keyword Research A Breeze

3 Writing Tips That Will Make Article Keyword Research A Breeze

To write for big profits whether your a Internet Marketer Or Ghostwriter you must master keyword research and pin point keyword analysis.  And the most surefire way to do this is through keyword research tools.  “Like the free one you can get inside of Google small business”.

Now this is what you need to do for keyword research and expert analysis:

* One, point out the keyword suggestion tool that you are going to service. Right now, there are handful of keyword suggestions tools that are at your disposal in the Internet marketplace for free. But, I personally recommend the one from Google. Not simply because you can use it for free but also because it’s very reliable.

* Begin searching. Start the process by searching for the keywords that you can apply to your articles. Just key in words or phrases that are tightly connected to your website. For example, if you’re promoting a  replica bag, you can just key in “replica bags” on keyword suggestion tools. In seconds, you’ll get related keywords and key phrases that are searched for by your target market. These include designer replica bags, fake replica bags, whole replica bags, etc. What you can do for your next step is to convert these keywords to article topics.

* Analyze the competiveness of the keywords.  First place your desired phrase in the free Google tool and wait for the results.  Take the most popular keywords out of them all and replace those words in Google search and see how many  searches come up for your targeted keyword.  You want to choose the one with the least amount of traffic to rank in the Google Top 10.

Blog Article Writing – Six Marvelous Secrets For Your Content To Become Targeted

Blog Article Writing – Six Marvelous Secrets For Your Content To Become Targeted

It’s every blogger’s dream to get the kind of response that they need from their audience. Some would like their visitors to come back or recommend the blog to their friends and family members. Other bloggers are looking forward to getting their visitors to sign up to their newsletters and later on, get them to buy their products and services. You can get the exact response that you’re looking for if you make your blog content targeted. Here’s how you can do that:

1. First step is to get the pulse of your target audience. It’s important that you know exactly what they’re looking for. There are so many effective ways to do this. You may opt to run a survey through your blog. Encourage your visitors to leave a list of topics that they want you to discuss or the information that they would like you to share. You may also opt to just do a keyword research. Knowing the most searched terms in your chosen niche will give you an idea on the specific information that your readers are looking for.

2. Give your readers what they want. Keep in mind that there is no way that you can get your readers to act on your favor unless you make them happy first. Strive to put together amazing content that will leave then in awe. Load up your blog posts with amazing information that they can make use of. Also, ensure that these people will have great reading experience by making your content readable and fun to read.

3. Ask for feedback. Encourage your visitors to leave their feedback on each post that you publish. This will help you figure out if you’re able to address their learning needs. If needed, revise your blog posts and make them more focused to the needs and demands of your readers. These people will surely appreciate you for doing so.

4. Do your research. Check out as many relevant websites and interview other experts in your chosen niche before you start tapping on your keyboard. Your goal here is to obtain up-to-date information that your readers would love to know. This is also a good way to make your blog posts stand out from the crowd.

5. Show genuine concern. Don’t forget to build rapport with your readers by simply showing them that you’re really interested in helping them out. Remember, these people must not feel that you’re pressuring them to buy your products and services. Make them feel that more than making money, you’re more concern in giving them the kind of assistance that they need. Do this as often as you can and I can guarantee you that these people will not soon forget about you.

6. Build emotional connection with your readers. This is the fastest way to get the kind of response that you need from these people. Make sure that you make them feel that you do understand where they are coming from. If you were once in their shoes, be sure to tell them so. It’s important that they’ll be convinced that you’re just one of them.

Profitable Keywords – Article Writing – Drive More Targeted Traffic With Keyword Article Writing

Profitable Keywords – Article Writing – Drive More Targeted Traffic With Keyword Article Writing

1. Learn how to master LSI technique. If you want the search engine spiders to quickly sweep your content, use words that are synonymous to your main keywords. These words are also use by people looking for information related to your topic or product that you are selling.

2. Check your keyword density. If you’re stuffing your articles with keywords, your content will most likely not be seen by the people you are targeting. This surely will not help you in your internet marketing campaign. Instead, use your keywords in your titles and at the beginning of each paragraph. Your articles should be optimized for the search engines to quickly and easily scan them. Also, only use your primary keyword once per 100 words.

3. Put your readers first. Before you start thinking about the search engines and how you can optimize your articles for them, put your readers needs first. Yes, it’s important to write your articles for the algorithms but if your readers don’t like your copies, what’s the point. Focus on giving your readers great content. Provide quality information that helps them solve a problem. Also, make sure that your copies are well written and fun to read. Surely your readers will enjoy your content if you do this.

4. Proof read your articles. It is very important for you to check your content for excellent readership. You want your audience to have a good time reading your copies. So, double check your article for keyword placement and make sure it is easy to read.
