Apple is one of the foods that help you lose weight. They are really amazing fruit because they are rich in vitamins, minerals as well as fiber. The fiber helps you to feel full longer period of time as it expands in your stomach so you consume less food. One day I went to visit my aunt. She was in the kitchen putting some vinegar into a tumbler which she then filled up with water. What on earth was she doing drinking vinegar? It sounded like an awful drink until she explained.

I tried this for a few months before I saw any benefits but I noticed my waistline was getting smaller and the inches just seemed to fall off. The taste was a lot better than what I had expected.
