Texas Web Designers Reveal The Five Tricks Of Link Building
Texas Web Designers Reveal The Five Tricks Of Link Building
Link building is a very powerful way to drive traffic to your site. The more sites who link to yours, and vice versa, the more people who are apt to see your site. This also means search engines will rank it higher, which, again, will increase the number of people who see it. As the Texas web designers work with you to compile web content that is fresh and interesting, you might consider link building as a way to increase the number of hits your site receives.
There are five main hooks to link building. Whether the Texas web designers employ some or all of them, they are designed to systematically bring more people to you by increasing the number of relevant links your site has pointing to it. This is especially important with search engine optimization where search engines often actually use this number of relevant links to determine the ranking of your site. Let’s take a look at the five hooks and how they can benefit you.
The first hook or page the Texas web designers might consider is a news page. This is where you report on industry news. It is not, however, just a rehashing of what someone else has already posted. It should, instead, be fresh and unique, perhaps a scoop no one else has reported or a summary of various view points. It could even be comprised of stories you have proven to be false. Either way, it should be used to inform the reader.
The next hook that could be used by the Texas web designers is a contrary hook. This is where you contradict what another person has said. This usually means contradicting someone who is prominent in your particular industry, and should be controversial. This can serve to generate interest and make people think.
The next type of hook that may be used by the Texas web designers is the attack hook. This is where you take the contrary hook a step further and launch a personal attack on what someone else has said. This takes the debunking of theories to the next level, and can serve to generate further interest. As a general rule, controversy gets attention and makes people react. The idea, though, is to influence them to act in a positive manner instead of turning it against you, so be careful how this information is presented. Make sure your dispute is factual before ever launching it; otherwise, you may come out on the other side of the coin.
A resource hook is the fourth type, and serves to provide information. The Texas web designers may utilize this to aggregate a large amount of information, then distill it for visitors, thus distributing it in such a way that it interests readers without causing information overload.
The fifth type of hook that can be employed is the humor hook. You may wish to use this to post jokes, funny stories, weird or funny pictures, or anything else that will warrant a reaction or review from others. The key here is feedback, and the Texas web designers will supply you with the content and information you will need to be in touch with your online audience.

Round In The Target Audience With Contextual Link Building
Round In The Target Audience With Contextual Link Building
Search engine optimization has become a vital service for companies looking to establish their presence on the internet. Many companies are taking advantage of SEO services being offered by professional companies while others are in the process of realization. There are hoards of SEO techniques that can be employed to increase your search rankings and one of the latest and most effective trends is contextual link building.
Contextual link building is a concept that is based on delivering to search engines exactly what they are looking for. If your website can give Google what it requires then your rankings are likely to get higher. Professional SEO companies can help optimize your site in such a way that ,using contextual link building, you can start to dominate your niche.
Getting contextual links
Getting contextual links can be a time consuming process. Additionally, there are a number of intricate details that mark the difference between successful contextual link building and a failed attempt. Contextual link building is when you have an inbound link to your company placed inside relevant content which is displayed on relevant blogs.
You must also decide a keyword which will be tagged with the link to your website. You can throw in a few suggestions and your SEO company can judge them for their relevance and maybe even suggest their own. When you pay an SEO company to do this job, they post these links on blogs that are part of the company’s maintained network.
How does this benefit you?
The biggest benefit of contextual link building is the human touch that is added in them in the form of uniquely written content that gives the reader any useful information that he is looking for. This seems to work much better than reciprocal links.
Contextual links are one way permanent links. They need not be reciprocated nor do they require you have to pay a monthly fee to keep them up. Contextual link building also offers you the flexibility to have your links tagged along any changes of page location that you make.
The fact that these links appear naturally in well maintained blogs and not as paid links on a link selling space makes it extremely effective with Google. There is no way in which Google can detect these links to be paid for due to the nature of the blogs they are posted in.
Contextual link building is done in such a manner so as to provide relevant contextual links, which is something that search engines want, thereby enhancing the search engine friendliness of your website. Contextual links also increase the chances of making conversions as you get the chance to drive direct traffic from the audience oriented blogs to your own website through the links.
A complete SEO package would incorporate the use of contextual link building along with other SEO tactics in order to increase the link popularity of your website.
Website Marketing Strategies – Increasing Your Link Popularity
Website Marketing Strategies – Increasing Your Link Popularity
In this days search engine rankings have become one of the most important issues for a website. Because of that the major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN frequently update their algorithms in order to deliver best results to their users. The most important factor in a search engine’s ranking algorithm is link popularity.
Link popularity is defined as the number of links that point to a site. The search engines consider this links as some kind of votes in the sites favor. Some time ago it didn’t matter what kind of links pointed to your site. So every webmaster linked their sites to any other site not considering it’s nature. Link exchange was the best website marketing strategies in those times. But now, the search engines updated their algos and they investigate every “vote”.
Link popularity remains a major factor in the search engine’s way of ranking but what’s more important this days is the quality of the links. When the search engine spider crawls, it investigates all the incoming links to see if they are good “votes” or bad “votes”. When everybody was making reciprocal links only the number was important. But this reciprocal links are not so powerful any more because search engines are looking for links on related sites with related content that are not placed their just for receiving a link back. The spider wants to find out if that link is placed there because of the quality of the site is pointing to.
So increasing your link popularity is still the best website marketing strategy but try to get only good links from related sites. This way you’ll benefit from the direct targeted traffic and you’ll have good search engine positioning too.
There are many ways to get quality links. The best would be acquiring one way links. If the inbound links are one way then the search engine will know from the beginning that the links are not a result of an agreement between two webmasters. You can achieve one way links by writing good articles and distribute them for reprinting over the net, having great content on your site, writing testimonials for products that you used or even purchasing them. Reciprocal links are still good but try to trade your links only with sites with similar topics and trust worthy sites.
In conclusion increasing your link popularity with good legit links will boost your site’s traffic in no time.

The Direct Link Between Marketing And Copywriting
The Direct Link Between Marketing And Copywriting
The popularity of the Internet has really taken its toll. Nowadays, existing businesses all over the world are also rushing to make their online presence ramped up.
Surely, people are beginning to prefer making online purchases than buying stuff the traditional way. That is because people find Internet transactions much more convenient and practical.
Annually, the number of Internet transactions are rising rapidly that businesses are rushing to establish strategies that would help them underpin the trend. Traditional marketing schemes of the conventional corporate world are also evolving and now are directly employing the skills and versatility of copywriting.
Why copywriting?
Conventionally, marketing and copywriting are two different concepts that are not related to each other. The concepts have independent worlds that have dynamics not overlapping each other.
But the Internet is special. The Internet is one media where people get in to entertain themselves, get knowledge or just kill time. Thus, the Internet is one world dominated by copywriters.
As corporate firms swoon into the Internet, they must form that alliance with copywriters. Thus, marketing is introduced to copywriters. These copywriters must then produce marketing outputs that are aimed at boosting the sales figures of online businesses.
The traditional marketers are threatened to lose their jobs over copywriters. So, some of them learn copywriting themselves.
As copywriters invade online marketing, traditional marketers compromise to get into the picture and incorporate their skills into copywriting.
Marketing and copywriting
In the past, marketing and copywriting people are strangers to each other. Now it is recognized that they are actually estranged bed mates, who must strive to complement each other to achieve a common goal.
That common goal would be to persuade people into buying the products sold through a particular online site.
To be effective in marketing online products, one has to be good in copywriting. And to write good and effective copies for the purpose, one has to be a good marketer, at the same time.
How to create a good marketing copy
Now the challenge for the copywriter would be how to come up with a convincing marketing copy. Statistics reveal that only about 2% of overall online businesses actually generate sales.
Much of the online transactions are also limited to the established online auctioneering sites, which have accumulated reliability over the years. Now, the rest, or 98% of the online businesses in operations currently must cope up and overhaul their marketing copies.
To be able to so do, you, as a copywriter should always bear in mind that you are writing to yield results, read: to generate sales.
How could you do that? Seasoned marketers would assert that you, as a sales person, must be as sincere as possible. In other words, you must strive to make the copies sound as if you are really convinced yourself about the product you are selling, even if, in truth, you are not.
Remember, being sincere does not require you to confess your disbelief in the products. You can do so by revealing the limitations of the products, but offering solutions and suggesting ways on how the potential buyers could correct such product limitations.
As a copywriter, you should also make sure that you are using the right words, that are arranged in the right and effective order and that are aimed at the right audience.
Before copywriting, it is recommended that you first take a quick rundown and knowledge about the intended readers for the copies. Know their demographics, their interests and their needs and feed on those data.
Also use the simplest and most effective of words. Be concise, accurate and direct to the point. Remember, in the online media, there is an information overload that must have already been feeding up your readers.
Crafting short, yet, bulls-eye statements would surely create a great and direct impression and would likely make the feet of your readers move according to your instructions.
You do not need to write grammatically perfect copies, though, doing so is still recommended. Wordiness must be eliminated and graphics should be reduced.
Marketing and copywriting are directly linked, don’t you think? Good marketers can truly be good copywriters, as well as effective copywriters can be good marketers.

3 Ideas for Creating Quality Link Bait Content
Lots of content savvy marketers will talk endlessly about that the best ways to build links. Many will tell you that the best way to do this is to create excellent, compelling, unique content on a regular basis, optimize and promote it. This method does have one inherent and obvious problem associated with it. Great content still relies on external forces, in the form of 3rd party webmasters, to pick up on your content and link to it.
For some of us, this isn’t the easiest thing to make happen. I mean come on, let’s be real here – there has to be a better way, right?
To get to the bottom of this, one question we should start with is: what really is a link in most cases? If you think about it in its most basic terms, it’s something that a webmaster (read: a human being) has to actually give you – meaning implementation within their website page. This takes time from that person, and time is something that people simply don’t have enough of.
What if you could actually create content that gave the webmasters of the world serious incentive to link to you? This type of content creation is referred to as ‘Link Bait’ and it’s increasingly becoming a tactic of content creators across the web. Here are three ideas you can employ to create more link bait.
1. Rank and/or Review some products or services
Companies LOVE getting free publicity, from any channel they can get it from. If you focus your efforts on creating some of this publicity for these companies, you’re likely to get some links back to your site from the companies who you rate well.
I’d advise you to be smart about this though, instead of simply publishing the blog post without any preparation. Let the companies you’re reviewing know what it is that you’re doing. Create a short survey for them to fill out before you write your post to give them the opportunity to let you know why they should be rated in a positive light. We see examples of this in lots of different applications: ‘Best places to work in Boston’, ‘Colorado’s top 5 ski resorts’, ‘Top 20 beers in America’, etc…
If you become good at this and create numerous articles in this format over time, you can eventually start thinking about even creating a ‘badge’ where you enable webmasters to place your ’seal of approval’ onto their site, the badge will link back to your site.
2. Say something controversial
Most people are intrigued by controversy, the webmasters or ‘linkorati’ of the world are no different and will link to you if you’ve got something interesting to say. Some of the most interesting things people say around the web are controversial. Take the recent uncovering of the new ‘4G iPhone‘ – something that was very controversial to Apple and the mobile industry, and Gizmodo, the blog that reported the story got lots of exposure and links.
So go ahead and try saying something that you might otherwise not say. Step outside of your comfort zone, you’ll likely find that from an SEO perspective it will help more than it will hurt.
3. Be the first one to break an industry news story
Breaking news is one of those things that is hard to find and report first, but fantastic from an SEO standpoint if you can make it happen. Here’s my advice: make a news story about something that someone else might report. Publicize something you notice about your industry. Other folks around your industry will more than likely find it interesting and link to it.
Your blog is a news source – blogs are forms of media after all, so go ahead and use it for news. You may find that it nets you big gains in links in return.
The great thing about creating link bait content is that it’s supported by Google (see this Matt Cutts article). So go ahead, get creative and have some fun with it! Why not try to set a goal of creating one piece of link bait content per month and see how it goes. Your blog will thank you later.

Link Popularity – Vital Measure for Search Engine Marketing
Everyone expects of massive online success as soon as they promote their services and products online but there are few factors that can decide websiteâs popularity and longevity and needs thorough attention. Among them link popularity is the most important one.
In fact, the moment words link popularity passes through our sound receptors, our brain interprets us what it generally mean, but apart from that vague idea, you must understand few core facts on link popularity if you want to be a leader in search engine marketing.
Link popularity is the number of incoming links from potential partners to your website. More the one way link, more popular will be your website; more popular your website become, higher will be the chances of getting good page rank and good turn-around of Web traffic. Since good PR focuses on quantity and popularity of the links, it can help in attaining good position in search engine result page (SERP). If your website is placed in appreciable position, people easily find you as soon as they enter the Web world, view your services repeatedly and become potential buyers.
People often considers page rank (PR) and link popularity as the synonym of each other but this consideration is nothing more than a misconception because page rank is the software used by the Google to rank a Web page and it is a numeric value that determines the relevancy and importance of a Web page on search engine result page. PR is an important factor that facilitates link popularity because link popularity is determined on the basis of PR. Hence in order to get more link popularity, your website must be good enough to get suitable PR when search engine spiders visit your Web pages once a month (such process is called Googlebot in case of Google search engine).
Link popularity does not mean linking your website to numerous irrelevant website. Links must be developed with potential partners having similar interest like yours and more importance is given to one-way-link or incoming link rather than two-way-link or reciprocal link. In order to be benefited through link building, you must thoroughly check the PR and link popularity status of the approaching websites because if the website has zero PR then you will gain nothing from that link.
Another suggested factor in link building is the text used in links. Make your website links with targeted Keywords. In some other way, articles, forums and blogs posting is few appreciating technique of getting back links but make sure not to spam the process and submit relevant information in articles, blogs and in forums.
Hence, start making your website most desirous among your competitors; work on it, make it informative, content rich and link-worthy so that others may prefer linking to you. Be judgmental on quality than the quantity of the links. If you follow the process sincerely with an utmost desire to success, you will see your website gaining link popularity in each successive day.
