Amadeus Consulting Discusses The 3 Types of Commercial Intent in Keyword Research

Amadeus Consulting Discusses The 3 Types of Commercial Intent in Keyword Research

The 3 Types of Commercial Intent in Keyword Research

When driving traffic to your site, one of the most important factors is targeting the people you want to use your services or products. The goal is to rank for keywords and phrases that people are searching for which lead to a good conversion or intended action. Commercial intent in keyword research is a major part of getting those folks to your website. Keywords and phrases can be broken down into three different types of commercial intent: navigational, informational and transactional.

Navigational – A common example of a navigational keyword query is a name brand or company name that is typed directly into the search field. Searchers already know where they want to go, but may not know the exact address of the website. There is usually only one right website, the searcher doesn’t need to dig through lots of pages to find what they are looking for.

Informational – Informational queries include people who are searching for information on a certain topic or specs on a product they are thinking about purchasing. Many searchers will perform informational queries on products for the features they want, reviews and where to find the best prices before either purchasing online or going to the physical store to purchase the product or service. The searches are not site specific and often include question words regarding “how” something works or “where” to find a desired service in the search phrases.

Transactional – While being the most sought after intentional search, the transactional query is the least common. It is also the last search that will happen in a process of purchasing a product or services. The searcher will have already done a myriad of informational and navigational queries to determine the product or service they wish to purchase. A transactional query doesn’t just apply to e-commerce websites, it can relate to any action you desire the searcher to take, be it sign up for a newsletter or join a community.

With your website in mind you can now determine which type of searches you are targeting. Is it an informational website, with product reviews or a navigational site behind a well known brand name or a website selling all the latest technological toys? It’s important to put yourself in the consumer’s shoes and look at sites with the three intentions in mind. If they’ve come to you through a navigational search there should be clear confirmation that they’ve arrived; this is generally done in the form of a well known logo. If they’ve come to you looking for information, the site should be authoritative and not covered in advertisements. The transactional searcher is more likely to welcome ads, as long as the content is relevant to their initial intention.

Often times an informational search can end up being a transactional search once the user is satisfied with the information that they were searching for. Many sites are successful using this plan; they have articles and reviews about products or services and include links to purchase related items. It is possible to build up user trust through this method; searchers may note the quality of your content and come to your site through navigational searches in the future. Use this power for good, because it can work in reverse; searchers are more likely to remember websites for a negative reason that pushes things down their throat when all they wanted is information.

At Amadeus Consulting, we take an all encompassing approach to search visibility; we pay close attention to the ultimate goals of your website to construct a Search Visibility and Conversion Rate Optimization solution that includes in-depth keyword research and audience analysis. Amadeus Consulting Discusses: iPad Alternatives – Redux Part 2

Amadeus Consulting Discusses: iPad Alternatives – Redux Part 2

Our discussion of iPad Alternatives continues…

Dellâ„¢ Mini 5 Android Tablet

Status: Alive! And even better than before. It even has a new name: the Dell Streak.  It is priced around 0 but some UK carriers will subsidize that if you get a 3G data plan. No indication that any US carriers are offering subsidies. The Dell Streak also comes with the ability to make voice calls (not just VoIP apparently), which essentially makes it a really large Smartphone.

Features:  This one is pretty full featured, especially for a mini-tablet. Mini-tablet really just means bigger than your Smartphone, but still small enough to be an odd bulge in your pocket. In either case, this is only about an inch larger that the Evo.

The only downside to the Streak is that it runs on an outdated Android 1.6. Of course, it will still run all the apps from the app store, but will lack many of the other improvements that later Android versions provide.

Otherwise, it has a fairly loaded arsenal, including  a 5-inch touch screen, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB storage, microSD card slot of up to 32GB, custom Dell UI, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a decent battery.

For many people, this could be an upgrade to a decently powered, and exceptionally mobile, tablet device. However, it is still phone sized, so it is unclear if people will really be excited about it, since other phones can basically offer the services, but also make phone calls. Although, with the Dell Streak, 3G data plans are optional, and there is no monthly contract to anything, so the long term costs can be much, much lower.

Spring Design Alex E-book Reader

Status: Out and Available, and comes in either black or white for 9.

Features:  The first thing you will notice about the Alex, is that it is very lightweight and very thin. Even for e-book readers, it is surprisingly easy to hold and manage.

Spring Design’sâ„¢ Alex combines a traditional e-reader with a second LCD screen, based off of Android OS. Unfortunately it uses an older Android version, and tends to be slow and clunky. Also, despite having Wi-Fi connectivity, it has no access to the Android market, so you are stuck with the apps that are preloaded.

Even so, it beats out other dedicated e-readers by allowing full web browsing and lets you surf the web and read content on either screen, as well as download books from Borders Bookstore.

The combination between an e-reader and LCD provides for some cool combination applications as well as improved battery life and better readability of web page content.

As developers, we can’t help but be disappointed that it has taken the open Android system and closed it.  But we do think that the dual display and extremely long battery life (as much as two weeks, depending on usage) make it a very solid choice for actually reading books. The other stuff adds some benefit too, but does not bring it up to the level of some other tablets or even Smartphones.

JooJoo

Status: Released and Available for 9

Features: For all the hype and controversy surrounding the JooJoo, it would have been nice if it had lived up to everyone’s hope.

The JooJoo, in concept, was really cool. It would run everything through the web, and give users unobstructed access to anything available online.  Unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations, and since everything is web-run, without a strong Wi-Fi connection, the JooJoo cannot actually do anything.

Also, the JooJoo runs on its own version of a Linux OS, and does not allow apps to be loaded onto the device. Some users have essentially hacked the devices and successfully run Windows 7 and versions of Android, but we would hardly recommend doing this yourself.

On the bright side, the JooJoo does have a very bright and crisp display, and at 12 inches is definitely large enough to comfortably watch movies and read content.

As far as cool stories go, the JooJoo and its creators, Fusion Garage, had everything running against them. They could have been that unknown developer that appears out of nowhere with a magical device that takes down the market giants. Unfortunately, Fusion Garage was burdened by internal drama and multiple setbacks, and was forced to ship alongside the iPad, which severely hurt.

Even so, Fusion Garage is still up and running, and pushing out new software updates that are helping to address some of the main issues. If you are interested in this device, it will definitely be worth your time to check in and see what additions have been made since the time of this writing.

Lenovo U1 Hybrid Notebook

Status:  Delayed, possibly shelved, but more likely redesigned with Android and a possible 2010 release.

Features: The U1 was originally scheduled to launch with Lenovo’s own operating system, called Skylight. However, the project was delayed in order to launch with an Android OS instead. Rumors also indicate that the device may use Qualcomm’s recently announced dual-core processors which will give unprecedented processing power to its tablet device.

Lenovo® has been working with small netbooks and tablet PCs for some time, and has had a lot of success with their Android based phones in China.

The unique feature of the U1 is that it is essentially a netbook – small portable and similar to a laptop, but then the screen can detach and function like an independent slate tablet. This literally puts two PCs into one device, and each has its own processor and operating system, but work together as a clamshell laptop or a multi-touch slate tablet.

In this way, the base serves as a hop and docking station, whereas the tablet can be used in very mobile instances. The two processors also use Lenovo’s Hybrid Switch technology which allows seamless toggling between the two processors.

The U1 runs on the Skylight Linux operating system, designed specifically for small devices, and has a user-facing camera and a wealth of features, including 3G connectivity, multi-touch, and long battery life. Unfortunately, all these features cost a bit more than other slate tablets, pricing it at 00, but still within the range for new laptops.

This is still one of our favorite devices because the concept is so accessible to so many people. This is one of the few tablets that provide near-universal usability, regardless of profession. From a software development point of view, something that is so accessible and useful for students, business professionals, home entertainment, socializing, and productivity make it an ideal platform for software development.

Amadeus Consulting Discusses: What Ever Happened to Windows Phone 7?

Amadeus Consulting Discusses: What Ever Happened to Windows Phone 7?

Earlier this year, Microsoft® announced Windows® Phone 7 (initially called Windows Phone 7 Series), which will become its next offering in the mobile operating system market. In conjunction with the announcement, Amadeus Consulting also announced that we are offering preliminary development of custom applications for Windows Phone 7 so that companies can have applications ready for the launch of the first Windows Phone 7 phones, set to debut later this year.

Since that initial announcement we have seen a lot of interest in custom development for Windows Phone 7 apps, and have had many companies interested in building on the hype that will accompany the initial launch of the first Windows Phone devices.

To help companies interested in a mobile application for future Windows Phone 7 devices, but who are unsure where to start, we have compiled some of the major features of Windows Phone 7, and why they matter. Specifically, this article covers:

What makes Windows Phone 7 unique as an operating system
Why Windows Phone 7 appeals to business users
Silverlight, XNA and other interactive technologies in Windows Phone 7
What to expect from the hardware (the actual phones)
Some insights into the Windows Phone 7 App market
Finding a developer to make the app for you

Also, for those interested in having an application ready on launch day of some of the most anticipated phones yet, there is still time to order a fully custom Windows Phone 7 app for your corporation, business, startup or entrepreneurial venture. Contact us today and let’s get things started before time runs out.

Moving Past Windows Mobile

Windows Phone 7 picks up where Windows Mobile 6.5 left off, but it makes a huge leap forward making the platform very competitive with Apple’s® iOS 4 (Formerly iPhone® OS), and Google’s™ Android™ OS, in terms of features and capability.

In fact, even describing Windows Phone 7 as a “huge leap forward” from Windows Mobile is an understatement. Microsoft has taken a ground-up approach to redesigning its mobile operating system and has improved every aspect of the operating system in a remarkably positive way. They clearly have put a lot of thought, effort and testing into designing a product that is easy and intuitive to use, without skimping on power and capability.

The user interface on Windows Phone 7 is also distinct from Apple’s iOS 4 and Google Android™, which gets rid of the traditional icon view and replaces it with larger blocks and “hubs” that many users say they prefer because of its simplicity and ease of navigation.

Before we jump into some of the specific details, some quick benefits of Windows Phone 7 include:

Complete Microsoft Office® Integration, including Outlook®, Excel®, Word®, Powerpoint®, Calendar, and more
Massive Industry Support, including hardware commitments from Dell, Garmin-Asus, HTC, HP, LG, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, and Toshiba, and commitments from carriers such as AT&T, Deutsche Telekom AG, Orange, SFR, Sprint, Telecom Italia, Telefónica, Telstra, T-Mobile USA, Verizon Wireless and Vodafone
Support for Silverlight® and XNA® for high quality game development, as well as quick portability of applications across platforms.
Support for 3rd party advertisers and ad integration into applications, including ads in Silverlight®
Emphasis on business productivity, gaming, and community building. A perfect environment for app developers

Unprecedented Business Integration

Windows Phone 7 focuses on is business users. According to Microsoft, 90% of the target customers for Windows Phone use their Smartphone for business purposes, and 61% use their phones equally or slightly more for business than personal use.

As a result, Windows Phone 7 combines familiar tools such as PowerPoint®, OneNote®, Word®, Excel® and SharePoint® into a single integrated experience via the Office® hub. It also integrates rich email, calendar, and contacts, as well as allows businesses to utilize existing IT investments like Exchange and Exchange ActiveSync® to support Windows Phone access to enterprise assets such as corporate email.

In addition to deep integration of Microsoft Office, Windows Phone 7 provides advanced security options, including support for secure data transmission through 128 or 256 bit SSL encryption.

Gaming and Interactivity

Although it appears that the phones will be marketed primarily towards business customers, game developers for Windows Phone 7 will also have a huge advantage with the platforms support of XNA, which is the development system used for gaming on the Zune HD® and Xbox 360®.

Another big feature of the Windows Phone 7 is its full compatibility with Silverlight. Silverlight provides interactive capabilities similar to Adobe® Flash®, and can be run across a multitude of devices and platforms. Microsoft boasts that Silverlight developers will have an incredibly easy time porting their existing applications to the new platform, although there will be some tweaking necessary to comply with the look and feel of the phone UI.

Microsoft has also expressed its intention to provide Silverlight support on the Xbox 360 and Zune HD, which means that developers will eventually be able to bring the same app to the Web, PC, Personal Music Player (PMP), Console and phone with relatively little pain.

Hardware Capabilities

Microsoft has also been flexing its muscle to create minimum standards for the new Windows Phone 7 Phones, which are being manufactured independently. These standards are intended to ensure that applications are as compatible as possible across platforms, rather than requiring different versions of applications for each platform, or limiting features on applications in order to increase compatibility on different devices. These minimum standards include:

At first, only large 800 x 480 (WVGA) touchscreens will be permitted, which means that applications should have little trouble with being visually compatible across different phones – a problem with Android phones which often have different sized displays which creates UI problems.
Five specific hardware buttons are required: Start, back, search (which integrates with Bing services where appropriate), camera button, and power. Some devices might have more, but these are the baseline.
Capacitive multitouch with support for a minimum of four contact points, though no more than two are used by any of the platform’s six native gestures (developers are welcome to use as many as they like).
A Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU with DirectX 9 graphics support. Microsoft says the platform is flexible enough to expand to other chips in the future, but right now it’s all Qualcomm.
256MB of RAM or more
8GB of internal Flash storage or more
WiFi
AGPS
Accelerometer
FM radio!
5 megapixel camera or better with a flash

Microsoft has not yet announced a specific release date for Windows Phone 7 phones, however it is rumored that LG may have phones ready as early as September, with other developers ready by October or November of this year. In addition to LG, many other developers have been confirmed to be working on Windows phones, including Dell, Garmin-Asus, HTC, HP, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, and Toshiba. Motorola, which has developed many other mobile and portable devices for Windows Mobile, and Windows Embedded systems, has not yet confirmed that it is developing Windows Phone 7 devices, even though many rumors and reports indicate otherwise.

App Development

As both a positive and negative, development for Windows Phone 7 is substantially different than development was for Windows Mobile.

Windows Phone 7 uses technologies, such as XNA and Silverlight, which are less familiar to most do-it-yourself app developers. This means that there will likely be a smaller number of applications for Windows Phone 7, than for Android™ and iPhone®, but the applications that are available will tend to be much higher quality, since they will be done primarily by experienced developers.

App development also benefits from unique cross-platform integration. This means that with very little additional investment, a mobile application could be transformed into a web app, a program on a PC, an app on the Zune HD (essentially the equivalent of the iPod Touch), and eventually an app on the Xbox 360.

This means that with almost the same investment, an app can potentially return 5x the value as an app on other platforms, which are much more device-limited. Of course, this will be substantially affected by the actual adoption rate of Windows Phone 7 phones, but it nevertheless benefits from the massive player base of Xbox users, being compatible with PCs and the fact that it is usable as a rich Internet application.

As a note on the overall mobile market, Windows Mobile still maintains 19% of the smart phone user base, as of Q1 2010, according to The Nielsen Company. This compares to Android’s 9% share, and Apple iPhone’s 28% share. Although at the time, RIM Blackberry still held the largest share with 35% of the total smart phone market. It will be interesting to see how these numbers change by next year, once the iPhone, Android and Windows Phone 7 operating systems are all in full competition together, added in with new editions of Blackberry and whatever HP and Palm end up throwing into the pile as well.

In either case, this is a unique time for marketers and developers to build and launch applications in conjunction with the initial unveiling of one of the biggest operating systems in the mobile smart phone market.

Also of note is that every major US carrier has made commitments to carry Windows Phone 7 phones. This is a major boon to app developers, since the potential user base for the apps will not be limited by the “population” of an individual carrier. This is different from the iPhone, for example, which is limited to only AT&T’s subscribers.

Know Your Computer Consulting Clients

Know Your Computer Consulting Clients

If your marketing does not seem to be working it is likely because you don’t know your prospects as well as you should.

In order to market effectively you have to understand specifically who your audience is and how to get your message to them directly. There are many details about your prospects you should know. Missing just one minor nuance could spell disaster to your entire marketing campaign.

A common mistake I see is that business owners make assumptions about their prospects and then base their entire campaigns around these assumptions. Also, since they don’t do any research or attempt to find out details about their prospects, they tend to have a generalized view of who they are marketing too and this leads to generalized marketing campaigns (which are never effective).

You will not be effective marketing your business if you generalize. When you generalize, you fail to speak directly to a particular audience, and as a result, NO ONE will listen to what you have to say.

Whether you are just starting out or you have an existing business, it is very important that you know the demographics and psychographics of your clients.

Demographics are all the tangible details about your clients: Age range, sex, income, education, # of children, own or rent, etc.

Psychographics are all the intangible details revolving around your clients likes and dislikes: interests, hobbies, places to hang out, favorite websites, businesses frequented, etc.

When you are just starting out and don’t have any past experience to base your answers off of, you’ll want to talk with potential clients and find out first hand details about their lives. You may also need to make educated guesses on certain categories and then update/tweak your answers after you get some experience with clients. You should make it a practice to always be re-evaluating your clients, your understanding of your clients, and your marketing. Constant tweaking will make your business efficient and adaptable.

To start, you’ll want to pick a target group that you want to service. Based on your judgement of your area, pick a target market that is in abundance. Are there more middle class, suburban, families in your area? Are there more small businesses? Are there older folks with lower income? Maybe you live by a huge wealthy community?

Decide which target market in your area you want to focus your business around based on what services you are planning on offering. If you start out offering virus removal, you will be most valuable to families with children. Children are major culprits to downloading viruses by mistake. If you start out offering network security and maintenance, you will be most valuable to small businesses with 3+ machines.

Evaluate where your strongest networking connections are in your community and what target market you think you’d have the easiest time breaking into.

After you decide who you want to target, you’ll want to talk with at least 5 or 6 people in that target market and ask them questions ranging from what kind of computer and how many computers they have, what software they use, what tasks they use their computer for (personal, work from home, etc.), what magazines they read, what websites they frequent, how much money they make, whether they are religious or not, what there hobbies are, etc. You’ll want to gauge the questions as you go. If a prospect seems to not feel comfortable sharing information about income, that’s ok. You could instead ask what income bracket
they fall into (e.g. – under k, k – k, k – 0k, etc.). They may feel more comfortable with that.

The more people you talk to, the more common trends you’ll see. You may also learn information you were not expecting. For instance, perhaps you will find out they go to the same church, or maybe love the same hobbies. Any characteristics that are commonly shared will give you more insight into who these people are, what is important to them, and what motivates them to buy. This will start to give you tons of places you can start marketing that you may never have imagined on your own.

This will also make your marketing more effective because you’ll know exactly who you want to get your message to, how to get your message to them, and what to say.

Amadeus Consulting: Silverlight® & Flash® in Mobile: What’s the big deal?

Amadeus Consulting: Silverlight® & Flash® in Mobile: What’s the big deal?

Everything, everything, everything seems to be moving mobile these days; we may have even talked about it a time or two, ahem. With all this talk of mobile applications, there are so many factors to discuss: What kind of app? How do I improve my retention? What is the business case for a mobile Web site? However, we’d like to zero in on one issue in particular.

Why are the full-fledged browser rich media plug-ins Adobe® Flash® and Microsoft® Silverlight® so important for mobile?  Why do we feel that Silverlight is a front-runner and early adopter?

Wooop hold up, let’s talk about WHAT are these Flashy and Silverlighty things?

Flash is a software developed by Adobe that handles lightweight vector animation and is designed primarily to create animations for Web Pages. It allows users to have interactive experiences, use Web applications, and view embedded video and a lot more.

Silverlight is software developed by Microsoft that is a platform that develops interactive applications for Web sites that is similar to Flash, but has surpassed it in terms of interactivity and multi-platform functionality: deep zoom, perspective 3D graphics, advanced skinning and styling, smooth streaming and out of browser.

It seems both Adobe, Microsoft and various other software vendors have had a lot of trouble translating their plug-ins into this environment because of lack of access to mobile OS and battery drainage among many issues. First of all, let’s lay out some statistics that discuss why Software giant’s care about this so much.

In 2009 alone, over 166 million smartphones were shipped worldwide; Symbian and RIM accounting for a significant chunk of that out-of US market. Particularly in America, we have prevalence towards the Apple® iPhoneâ„¢, the Googleâ„¢ Androidâ„¢, Microsoft’s Windows® Phones and various other hardware. The point of all of this is there is a HUGE market for these plug-ins. It has each of these companies chomping at the bit to be the front-runner in this ‘format war,’ and justifiably so. There is a ton of money as well as street cred to be had.

On to things we software developers, online marketers and mobile app users can relate to, why do we care!?

From Desktop to Mobile: Replicating Environments

This is a critical issue for those who seek to create a seamless transition from their Web sites to the mobile browsers. For instance, think about how an iPhone user would go about viewing a YouTubeâ„¢ video. YouTube has made an app so that users can access videos, but this goes outside the way users access them in a traditional environment.

Though this may not deter video-seeking users, translate this scenario to someone trying to access something more important away from a desktop, like their own Website. Once users have the option to access something remotely, they will rely on its ability to be there when they need it. Companies do not want to alienate their customers in a mobile environment, especially those less-tech savvy and disposed to higher income.

User functionality and UI design are such hot button issues these days that it is worth considering the impact the lack of these plug-ins have on the experience of the mobile user.

Consistent and Advanced Engagement

Apple really set the stage for how people viewed mobile browsing, but Android has raised that bar with advanced functionality, multiple application capability and mobile desktop approach to their OS. More and more users view their mobile devices as so much more than a phone; it’s their mobile computer, pocket robot, their way to check something while still in a meeting.

Silverlight and Flash can significantly impact the level of engagement by raising the bar further. They have ability to have a rich mobile user interface. The use of Flash and Silverlight can allow users to view rich graphical Web sites with better rendering, view videos in browser, load those videos faster, play online games, etc.

It creates a platform where people are not just accessing static Web sites and viewing text, they are engaging with it in a Web 2.0 fashion. This assists not only with advanced engagement, but also lends itself to replicating environments, discussed above.

Advertising Opportunities

So this point may not be a popular one due to general dislike towards advertising, but it is a compelling one no less. Combining the two points from above, advertisers and companies have a huge opportunity if:

Mobile users treat their phone like a mobile computer
Mobile users engage their phone in an interactive way
Mobile users constantly utilize their phones, using them anytime and anywhere.

This means that there is a huge opportunity for advertisers to configure their ads to the mobile environment, increase the number of impressions because they have greater and more consistent access to end-users. Additionally, with the advent of Silverlight and Flash for mobile, they will be able to make more engaging and rich advertising, rather that the static options available now.

Apple just entered into this space by releasing iAd, which is a pretty big advancement not only for mobile advertising, but the Apple customer paradigm. This means that the other front-runners in mobile advertising are looking to continually one-up Apple to compete for ad dollars, and they need Silverlight and Flash’s engagement qualities to do it. We have a whole previous blog post about iAd; feel free to read more about it here.

The stage has been set; we need these plug-ins on our mobile devices, stat. So what is out there now to tackle this and get more engaging mobile computing experiences? Let’s discuss.

Silverlight Out of Browser

Now it may seem like this is similar to Adobe’s AIR®, but let’s discuss why Silverlight Out of Browser is the real deal. It features a sandbox-like environment where Silverlight is not dependent on a browser, and is perfect for mobile. In addition, it gives application developers an environment to offer file system access, multi-touch development, host HTML content, and customize the trimmings, as well as deep zoom, smooth streaming and a myriad of other engaging qualities.

Amadeus Consulting’s creative team is considered experts with all things Silverlight, so naturally they were quite excited about the transition from the Web to Mobile. Feel free to follow-up with our team about how we can create a unique mobile experience.

Adobe AIR/Flash Lite®

Adobe AIR is a sub-set of the Flash product that is positioned as an out of browser application as well. It allows developers to build rich Internet applications that run out of the browser, on different kinds of operating systems, while leveraging the suite of tools that Flash offers: advanced video streaming, vector graphics and other media integration. The limitation of Adobe AIR is that it does not currently run in mobile environments.

Flash Lite is a version of the Flash suite that is optimized to run on mobile applications, featuring many of the same features as Adobe AIR. However, the limitation of Flash Lite is that it runs only through proprietary hardware browsers, (i.e. Nokia, Sony Ericsson developed mobile browsers), and not on the giants Internet Explorer®, Safari®, Firefox™, Chrome™.

So Flash or Silverlight?

Don’t worry, we’re not trying to talk you out of using Flash, we’re trying to pinpoint the specialties of Flash and Silverlight for different needs. Flash is an incredible platform that has been well-tested and an industry leader for a long time. Silverlight is somewhat new to the sector, but is proving to have a very forward thinking and engaging approach to development.

The beauty of our collective team knowledge is that we know how to develop on all of these platforms. We like to make recommendations for our clients from the offset that gathers needs, and creates a better fit for one of these platforms.

Feel free to contact us to discuss which of these rich Internet application software products suits your needs best.
