Changing the Microsoft Money Categories
You can customize the Money categories in two basic ways. You can change—add to, edit, or delete from—the Money Category list, and you can specify in terms of mechanics how Money uses categories. customization.Thinking about the Categories You Need
Let me start by talking about the categories you probably need or want.
If you’re using Microsoft Money to track personal finances or the business finances of a sole proprietorship or a single member limited liability that’s treated as a sole proprietorship for income tax puposes,, the existing categories are probably fine.
If you’re using Microsoft Money to track the business finances of a regular C corporation (including a limited liability company that’s treated as a C corporation for income tax purposes), however, you probably want to make sure that the income and expense categories shown on the federal 1120 corporation income tax return are available in Money.

Because it is the most common type of category customization, let me begin by explaining how you can change the category list. To change the category list, take the following steps:
1. Display the Money Category list.
To display the Money Category list, select Categories & Payees from the Accounts & Bills menu on the Money home page. When you do this, Money displays the Set Up Your Categories window.
2. Add any new category required.
To add a new category, click the New button. Money displays the first New Category dialog box. To create the new category, enter a name in the Name box. Then click a Category Type option button—Income or Expense— to identify which type of category you are creating.
Click the Next button. Money asks under which group the new category falls. To answer this question, select the group from the list that Money displays that best fits the new category. Click the Finish button. At this point, you have successfully set up the new category.
NOTE If you select a list from the list box, Money provides a more elaborate description of the category group in a box next to the list box of groups.
3. Delete any unneeded categories.
You can easily delete categories that you don’t want on the Category list—and in fact, you should do so to simplify your list. To delete a category, simply scroll through the Category list in the Set Up Your Categories window until you find one you want
to delete, click the category to select it, and then click the Delete button. Money deletes the category without asking for confirmation. If you need to delete additional categories, repeat this step as many times as needed.
4. As necessary, edit any category names or descriptions.
You can edit the category description that appears on the Category list. You may want to do this because this is the description that Money uses on reports that show the category. You can also change the category type. To make either change, scroll
through the list of categories until you find the one you want to change, click the category to select it, and then click the Modify button. When you do this, Money displays the Modify Category dialog box.
To change the category name, simply replace the current contents of the New Name text box. You can also use the Income Category and Expense Category buttons to change the category type for the selected categories. After you have made changes
to either the name or category type, click the OK button.
NOTE The Move button, which also appears on the Set Up Your Categories window, isn’t really for modifying the Category list. The Move button displays the Move Transactions dialog box, which lets you recategorize the transactions you have
previously recorded. For example, suppose that you use the category electricity to record checks you write to the local power company. But then you realize that you really want to use a new category named utilities. The Move Transactions dialog box lets you, in effect, “move” all the transactions you categorized using the electricity category to the new utilities category. What
actually happens when you use the Move button and its Move Transactions dialog box is that Money goes through all the transactions that have the electricity category and replaces the category electricity with the new category utilities.
5. As necessary, identify which new categories are tax-related.
If you add any new categories to the Money Category list, you should indicate whether the new category is tax-related. A “tax-related” category is one that tracks an amount that appears on a line of your federal or state income tax return. To identify a new category as a tax-related category, click the Set Up Tax Categories

Changing Multiple Ads on Google Adwords the Easy Way
Changing all of the ads on your Google Adwords account can be frustrating! Here are the directions to change your ads quickly and easily. And it is Free!
Congratulations, you have a Google Adwords account. You may have multiple Ad Goups and each Group may have multiple Ads. Did you know you can change all of your Ad Group Ads at one time? Many do not know about this or they are not sure how to use the AdWords Editor. I will show you, step by step, how to use the editor. This will change all or one of the ads on your account easily.
The first step is to download the Google AdWords Editor on to your computer. You can find the Editor on Google search or in your account. Once this is completed, open the Editor on your PC. You may have to use your search box to find it or you may find it in your Programs file. It does not install a shortcut icon automatically.
In the left hand corner, you will see the “file” dropdown box. Clic on “open account” Click there and a Pop up box will appear asking you to Add Acount. Click there and add the name of your account. Once this has completed you will want to “Get recent changes” This is in the upper left hand corner of the Editor box. It has a blue arrow pointing down, you can’t miss it. Click on this box to update the Editor before you make any changes. This will ensure you are making changes for all of your Ad Groups. It will not automatically update your changes.
In the middle of the page, you will see a column that has five boxes in it. Keywords, Placements, Negatives, Ads, Ad Groups, Campaigns. This is where you may make multiple changes to your campaign. We are dealing only with ad changes here. There are other articles where I Show you the tricks to other changes.
Click on the “Ads” box. This will bring up all of your current ads. You will see a box, with 2 triangles in it, that says “Make Multiple Changes” Click on this box. This will open a dropdown box that has 2 choices, “Add/Update Multiple Text Ads” and “Delete Multiple Text Ads” Click on the former, Add/Update. Doing so will open an additional box, “Add multiple text ads step 1 of 2″. On the upper area, there are 2 rectangles, the first is your campaign, the second is your Ad Group box. Click this box. From this box you may make changes to one or more of your ads. Scroll down to the bottom of the dropdown. You will see Click this. Next, at the bottom left of the big box you will see a very small box that says “Replace the entire contents of the destination ad groups with these text ads. Check that box.
Now you are ready to put your ads in. There is a space, in the body of the pop up. where you will put your ads in. I have a couple of tips to help with this. The first is: Pre write your ads and save them on a word doc or notepad. From there you can copy and paste them on to this area. Also, once you have saved your ads on notepad, you will have a record of what ads you have used in the past and can make a note of which worked and which did not.
There are 3 lines for your Google Ads. The first may only contain 25 characters including spaces. Punctuation is basically forbidden, you can have a question mark or exclamation mark but little else. The second two lines may have 35 characters each including spaces. Punctuation at a minimum. Do not write “click here” or such, as the Google Monster will get you. They will let you know by stopping those ads that do not qualify untill you fix them.
OK, now to put the ad copy in the box. start with the first line of the first ad. Put it in as you would like it to be seen. Then hit your “Tab” button. Now you can put in the second line of your ad as you would like it to be seen. Hit “Tab” again. This is where the third line of your ad goes as you would like it to be seen. Hit “Tab” again. This is where your visible URL will go. The URL you use here must match the destination URL. No re-directs or ghosts please. You can not put, for instance: www.SeeMe.com for the first and www.SeeHer.com for the destination. Sometimes a URL is much too long for this box. If this is the case, simply call Google directly and ask. OK, you have just finished your first URL. Tab again. Now your destination URL comes next. Both URLs must be complete, IE: http://www.mysite.com. Great!
For the next ad, should you wish to show more than one, hit enter. This will put your curser under your first ad. Write in or copy and paste the next ad, using the “Tab” between each line. Complete each line with both URLs, “Tab” in between. Continue this until all of your ads are present.
Now it is time to load these on your Editor. After you have completed writing your ads, hit the “Next” button on the bottom right of the box. This will load your ads. Once this has completed you can hit “finish”. The box will disappear and you will see all of your new ads appear on the right of your screen. Once you have reviewed these, your next job is to post these new ads onto your campaign.
To post your new ads, look at the top of the Editor page. There you will see a blue arrow that is pointing up. Next to the arrow are the words “Post Changes” Click that arrow. A popup box will appear. It will count all of your changes. Once this is done, your will see a box on the bottom right of the box that says “Post” Click on that box. The Editor will go through your campaign and make the necessary adjustments for the pending changes. It will then begin to post the changes, deleting the old ads and then posting the new ads. This could take a few minutes depending on how large your account is and how many ads you are posting. Once the Editor has completed the task, you can close the box. On the main screen of your editor, you will see all of the changes that have taken effect. You can review them there. Next, go to your Google campaign and look at the ads…Ta Dah! All done.

Good SEO companies will not purely improve your site rankings but help create a site full of relevant content that is presented in a format that is easy to use for the consumer. These services are in some ways self fulfilling, as relevant content and incoming links will also serve as traffic generators.
There is no doubt the world of SEO is in a constant state of change, the focus of marketing efforts shifts from time to time but a general formula can be applied – for the moment. Primarily, generating more traffic is a prerequisite to gaining an improved conversion rate. Equally important is providing a service that has the consumer’s experience as its principal focus.
