Blue Nokia 5310 is Next Express Music Phone – Nokia 5310 Blue Edition

The Nokia Xpress Music range has just been expanded to include the new Nokia 5310 Blue Edition.

This new music orientated phone offers exactly the same great features, design and technology as the original Nokia 5310 Red but with new Blue coloured accents on the exterior casing.

Having already released the Nokia 3250 XpressMusic phone with a twist and the Nokia 5300 XpressMusic slider, Nokia have added the 5310 candybar to the range, the 5300 successor.

Available in Black with a choice of Blue or Red accents, the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic phone can store up to 3,000 music tracks with the use of the microSD card slot, that’s 4GB, supports most audio file formats, offers Stereo FM Radio with RDS, dedicated music keys and has a 3.5mm AV Jack.

With 18 hours of music playback time, music lovers wont be caught short and there’s enough room to store details for 2000 contacts.

At 9.9 mm the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic phone is really slim and the rounded edges and aluminium finish just add to its superb quality and design.

There’s even a 2.0 mega pixel camera on board with full video recording capabilities.

Although only classified as a middle of the range Music phone, the Blue Nokia 5310 is a Tri Band GSM handset with GPRS and UMTS support, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP Stereo support and miniUSB connectivity.

Boasting a 2inch QVGA display screen in 16.7 million colours, you can easily browse online content, catch up with emailing, view images and send instant messages.

Apart from the multimedia features, the Nokia 5310 is equipped with secondary applications such as World Clock II, Nokia sensor, Nokia Mobile Search, built-in handsfree, Converter II and a voice recorder.

Initially launched as a SIM free handset the Nokia 5310 Blue is expected to be released on further Uk networks very soon.

As a SIM free handset, consumers can simply buy the Nokia 5310 and insert their existing SIM card to carry on using their current mobile phone number and account details, no contract tie ins, no extra ongoing line rental charges, just simply SIM free freedom and ideal as a replacement handset for those that may have lost their mobile phones.
