To do this, type in one of your keywords in quotes. Like this, “weight loss before the summer”. Now look at how many page results show up. If there is less than 10,000 results, you have a pretty good chance of getting your articles ranked high for you selected keywords.

2. Your articles keyword density is very important if you want to get good rankings with your content. The single most common mistake I see people make is to use keywords too much. Doing this will hurt your rankings badly. Instead, use your keywords in a select few positions. These positions are your titles and at the beginning and end of your paragraphs.
