He made a video, showing exactly how he did it, and posted it on YouTube. Soon, the media caught wind of the video, and it attracted a lot of attention. Fans from all over the world quickly realized that it is possible to unlock the iPhone after all! Within weeks, a software was released, claiming that it can unlock the older 2G Version iPhone.

Many iPhone owners want to unlock the iPhone not only because they want to use a different Simcard.
