I have developed a new website of my own. I want my website to appear in first page of Google search if we type any of the content of my website.

  3rd and most importantly, provide quality content, this is an indirect way to get back links by genuinely driving people to link to your website.

  This is a lot of hard work.
  1. Decide on keywords. Key words are what you want others to type in to a search engine to find you with.
  Example: Delicious Ice Cream, Cold Ice Cream, Orange Flavored Ice Cream, Best Ice Cream.
  2. Then, you start with on-site optimization. This is what you do to your site to optimize it. You are going to add: Meta Key Word tag (for your chosen keywords), Meta Description Tag (include your keywords in the description of your site).
  3. Then you are going to optimize your site content. Headers are going to contain variations of your keywords. Paragraphs are going to also contain combinations of your keywords. And your images “alt” tags will contain your keywords.
  4. Off site optimization. You need to get sites to link to yours with a relevant link. The best way to do this is to write intelligent comments on blogs with a link back to your site.
  5. Use tracking tools like Google Analytics and Webmasters Tools.
  6. Not everything can be described here, so make sure you study about Search Engine Optimization. Keep at it every day and you’ll be successful!
