All you have to do is ‘Copy & Paste’ (right-click and Save To…) / ‘Drag & Drop’ (holding the left-click, just drag to…) the picture from your web browser (web site you’re at) to your PCs desktop. It will most likely be in jpeg format, compatible with your phone’s software. Just put it from there onto your phone the way you currently put pictures from your PC to your phone. The best way is to use a Micro SD card and an adapter/SD card reader. The Rival does permit you to use items on your SD card as ‘Set As’ items for ID/tones on your phone.
